ARTFEST KINGSTON JULY 1-3, 2023

You Can’t Miss Artfest!

Artfest Kingston takes place July 1-3, 2023 in beautiful City Park. The event includes 150+ artists exhibiting paintings, pottery, woodcraft, glass art, metal arts, jewellery, clothing, gourmet food, bodycare, candles and more! Free admission.

The festival theme this year is ‘Art Blooms’ and features many creative activities for attendees of all ages including: Poets @Artfest, Live Music, Children’s Art Central, Jay Redbird Indigenous Arts Pavilion, Live Community Mural Project, NEW Floral Theme, Live Theatre, Food Area and more.

2023 Buckhorn Festival of the Arts
Taking place at The Buckhorn Community Centre, festival visitors have the chance to admire beautiful works of art while surrounded by the natural beauty of Buckhorn. With over 70 artists specializing in many different mediums, there is something for everyone at The Buckhorn Festival of The Arts!
Music, food, art activity zone and of course beautiful art to admire and purchase.

Buckhorn Festival of The Arts will take place at the Buckhorn Community Centre
Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 10am to 5pm
Sunday, August 20, 2023 from 10am to 4pm

Admission is by donation
No Pets allowed

The Belleville Art Association returns to the gallery for their 55th annual juried show Perspectives, at the John M Parrott Art Gallery. The opening reception and awards presentation will be held on Thursday, October 6, 6 – 7:30 p.m.

In autumn, the beauty of decay reveals itself. Leaves and petals wilt and fall, green fades, and as a final goodbye trees become a fiery display of gold and red.

Our show Decay celebrates the poignant beauty found within the process of decomposition, rot, deterioration, and decline. This show reframes the loss of summer and of life and invites you to find the beauty in Decay.
