Bringing Colour and Music Together in Harmony
“Symphony of Colour” is a new series that orchestrates a harmony between chemically-reactive flower paintings, the captured video of their creation, and original musical compositions. Each piece in this series offers a multi-sensory journey, where viewers can watch a flower ‘grow’ on canvas through natural and chemical processes, set to a custom musical score that interprets and enhances the visual evolution. This fusion of visual art, scientific processes, videography, and music creates a unique, immersive experience that engages multiple senses and blurs the lines between different artistic mediums. The music in all of these works was created and produced by Gary Barnett.
